Project background
In January 2022, on behalf of the City of Quesnel, L&M Engineering began the process of creating a Revitalization Plan for the North Fraser Drive Landing Plan area. This Plan intends to serve as a long-range blueprint for encouraging investment, promoting economic development, and improving the quality of life for the North Fraser Drive Landing Neighbourhood.
Why are we doing this?
Council’s vision for this neighbourhood is to create a vibrant, inclusive and culturally rich area. We are going to take a deep dive into bringing investment back into this area with consideration of the floodplain.
How do we achieve that?
